When registering for our service (servioo.ai Dashboard), we collect: - First name and last name - Email address - Password (stored encrypted) - Restaurant name This data is required to create your account and provide our service. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (contract performance).
6. Guest Orders
When using the guest ordering feature (QR code ordering), the following data is processed: - Order details (dishes, extras, special requests) - Table number - Session ID (temporary, anonymized) - Language preference No personal data of guests is collected. No account or login is required. Session data is automatically deleted after the order is completed.
