Yes. Guests can also speak their questions. The audio recording is automatically transcribed and answered by the AI waiter.

Yes. Upload a photo or PDF of your current menu — our AI recognizes dishes, prices, and categories automatically. You review the result and publish.

Yes. The AI translates your menu multilingually — optimized for all languages. Every translation can be reviewed before publishing.

You mark the contained allergens per dish in the dashboard. They are automatically displayed in the guest view. Guests can also filter by allergens.

Yes. Create modifier groups (e.g., size, extras, removals) and assign them to dishes. Guests select their preferences directly when ordering.

Yes. Define discounts by day of the week, time, and percentage. Discounts are automatically applied to the correct dishes.

No. servioo.ai runs in the browser. A laptop/tablet is enough for the dashboard, a tablet or affordable monitor for the kitchen display. For QR codes, you only need a printer.

Currently, servioo.ai is a standalone ordering system. API integrations with common POS systems are planned.

servioo.ai is GDPR-compliant. No personal guest data is stored — no account, no email, no payment data. Session data is automatically deleted upon expiration.

Yes. servioo.ai is timezone-based and works in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Happy hours are automatically adjusted to the local timezone.

Starter: owner only. Professional: up to 5 employees. Enterprise: unlimited. You can assign roles: Owner, Manager, Staff, Kitchen.

As a servioo.ai partner, you receive 20% recurring commission on the monthly payments of every business you refer. You get your own dashboard with tracking, statistics, and payout functionality.

Payouts are available from 50 EUR. You can request a payout at any time.
